Very colorful and in excellent condition painting. Very detailed and frame is in good shape. I can not tell who made it. Very attractive.

Hello, this item is a framed work on paper titled “Sunset at Malory Square,” depicting a lively coastal or harbor square scene at dusk, with figures in the foreground, sailing vessels on the water, and a warm sunset palette. Based on close inspection of the images, the work appears to be executed in watercolor with ink or pen line, possibly with light gouache accents, rather than oil or acrylic. The composition, drawing style, and coloring are consistent with mid to late 20th century illustrative or travel scene works produced for the decorative art market. A handwritten title is visible along the lower margin, and there appears to be a handwritten signature at the lower right, but the signature does not correspond to a documented or established artist known in auction or gallery records. The framing materials and backing suggest a later 20th century presentation, with no labels or provenance marks on the reverse to support a specific attribution.
Condition is overall very good, with clean paper, stable colors, and no evident tears, losses, or significant staining. The frame shows minor wear consistent with age but remains structurally sound. Based on current secondary market results for comparable unsigned or lesser known signed watercolor harbor scenes of similar size and quality, the fair market value of this piece is estimated between USD 200 and USD 400.
