What does this mean?

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. These appear to be two british slip cast earthenware jugs of a set of three graduated jugs, painted in underglaze cobalt blue and transfer printed flower design with additonal hand painting and gilding. These third quarter 19th century jugs unfortunately bear no manufacturer´s marks. The estimate is based on similar actually sold at auction. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the item. A true collector of british pottery might be willing to pay more than the high estimate.
