Thank you for submitting your items for appraisal. These them to be pochoir painted ceramic vases of the 1920s, each with a pochoir painted serial number 3866. Spray painting and pochoir painting techniques were especially applied in the 1920s to reduce production costs. This technique was used by many companies during that era, as all were forced to save money on wages.
One of the leading companies was Villeroy & Boch in Dresden, the high model number would indicate that these vases were made there. The estimate is based on similar pochoir painted vases offered or sold at auction. A pair is always more attractive than a single vase. The estimate is for the pair.
