The presented object appears to be convolute of two tin toys from the WWII period made by Unique Arts Manufacturing Co in the USA. The names of the toys are "G.I. Joe and his Jounicing Jeep" and "G.I. Joe & the K-9 Pups". Both tin toys are printed with lithographs and have a wind-up mechanism.
This piece is in medium condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
