The letters and numbers on the label likely refer to the maker or if this is part of a larger series that I am unfamiliar with.
May I ask why you think this is Persian? The iconography of this tapestry is quite modern and there is nothing in the tapestry itself that speaks to a Persian origin so I have called this 'Contemporary Middle Eastern' and if I should change that please let me know.
