Have not identified maker. The use of AI to identify the Farsi hinted at Reza but unconfirmed. Since they are stamped with "Made in Iran" I estimate them to be made in the mid 1930s onward, and they appear to be in very good condition, beautifully detailed, and functional. They are marked with the Farsi "AF" symbol 84 indicating most likely .840 silver.

They are roughly 2 1/4" tall, and 1 1/2" inches at the widest point.
