Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a rug of recent production, a so called Chobi or Choubi, inspired by persian designs but manufactured in the Peshawar area. This is a rather modern invention which meets the general taste of today, especially in North America. A few used similar rugs have been sold at auction. The estimate is based on those rugs of similar design and quality, vintage and in good condition sold at auction and current retail prices for new rugs.
Some "asking" prices in the trade are higher.
