A vintage Sarouk hand-knotted wool runner
made in Iran (Persia), probably first half 20th Century
The cobalt ground lushly populated with stylized geometric medallions and floral elements, with in a green/blue outer border, presumably unsigned.
49 by 104 inches (4 feet 1 inches by 8 feet 8 inches)
CONDITION: This rug appears to be in generally good condition with some selvedge (fringe) loss commensurate to age and use; value assumes no stains, odors, tears or repairs.
PROVENANCE: Inherited
