This is a antique cabinet with marble top, all hand carved rosewood, mirrored back and doors with glass that lock. Nothing has been restored or altered. 54 in high x 61 in long x 16in deep.

Greetings and thank you for calling upon the experts at Marto to evaluate your sideboard (aka buffet). This wonderful piece would have stood in the dining room and held dishes on the marble surface and stored plates, bowls, etc. in the lower cabinet. The light of candles and reflection of silver would have been reflected in the mirrored-back. The marble top is evidence of a well used life and exhibits staining and an old repair to a crack down the center. This will effect the value.
Currently, similar sideboards with mirrored backs and marble top are selling at auction between $250USD and $500USD. Thank you for your submission.
