What does this mean?

This is a vintage, 20th century, press molded pink satin or frosted glass figural of a nude female figure on a base with holes. This was used as a flower frog in the middle of a matching glass bowl. It is called the "Bashful Charlotte" and was originally produced by Cambridge glass in the early 20th century through 1950s. In the 1990's these were re-issued by Imperial Glass. Older originals have smooth bases and re-issues from the late 20th century have a ribbed base. Yours appears to be an original period piece with a smooth base. The estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail 'asking prices' can be higher and vary.
