You have a Japanese Imari plate made late 19th century. The plate is partly hand painted and partly tranfer printed. Unfortunately prices of these ware are not very high at the moment. Most of the Japanese ceramics suffer from low interest from market. If your plate came to auction it would fetch around the estimate.
