Considering the photographs, overall pattern, mark and the colours, I concluded that this is a Hand Painted Chinese vase, dating back to 1970-2000 period. This piece is most likely from a 1990's reproductions. Dragons with five claws were very significant symbols of the Emperors back in Chinese Empire. The sons of the emperor's would be resembled by a four clawed dragon while the emperor's depiction was a fice clawed one. The mark underneath your piece seems like a "Kangxi Period Make" mark, the original mark was created during the rule of the Kangxi Emperor between 1661-1722. Of course the mark was reproduced countless times during the history, especially in the last quarter of the 20th century. These pieces were reproduced as decorative items to the Western market. The quality of the painting is considerably low and the colours are in a very new tone. The decoration is a classical export pattern with noticable border figures. The depictions are not very detailed and the motifs are painted rather quickly and without much care. Still very decorative without a historic value.
