What does this mean?

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a rococo revival maiolica jardiniere of the 1860s to circa 1900, most likely made in France. Such decorative slip cast fruit bowls were made in France, Germany and Bohemia on a large scale, often copying competitor´s designs, which makes it difficult to discern one from another if the company mark is missing. The number on the underside is either an order number or the number of painter who was paid for each piece finished. The estimate is based on similar items sold at auction. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the item.
