What does this mean?

Thank you for contacting Mearto. This appears to be a Kangxi porcelain bowl. Kangxi porcelain was produced between the late 1600s and early 1700s, during the Qing Dynasty. It was often made for export. Blue and white colors, or “qingcai," is a very common color scheme for this era.
Kangxi style dishes continued to be produced through the following centuries, making it difficult to date them precisely.
Kangxi porcelain bowls are valuable, though damage does affect the price. Based on sales of similar items at auction, the Fair Market Value of this piece is between $40 and $50.
