6 inches wide 4inches width
Possibly bought in the USA
Hi Fiona,
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry. So that I may best assist you, is it possible to get a clearer photograph of the blue underglaze mark?
Thanks so much!
Delia
Ok I’ve got the hang of this ,the new photo is from the bottom of the sister piece .There are two
Thanks, Fiona!
I'm not sure what you mean by 'two' - is this a pair of (identical) figural groups? I can only appraise what I can see in the photos so if there is more than one please take a photo of both together.
Based on the photos and subject to examination, this is:
A Vicennes style hand-painted and parcel gilt porcelain figural group
French, 20th Century
Depicting a gentleman and a lady seated at a table, having tea, marked underneath
6 inches tall, 4 inches wide
PROVENANCE; inherited, probably purchased in the USA
£40-60*
*represents a fair-market value for auction purposes; retail or asking price may vary.
How do I do that ,I’m only offered comment box not photo opportunity
