Portuguese small marble table - Maritz
Stands about 45cm x 45cm x 45cm Square, white marble top with concave pattern around the edges. Brass legs with detailed design. Made in Portugal. We don't know when this was created but we know the family had this since 1960 at least. (might still be older than that.) Brass might need a polish but is in perfect condition. Other tables in the set are: Another white. One granite top, One Large coffee table.

This sidetable was manufactured by Moucheira-Mármores e Cantarias Lda around 1960, the label reads “Joao, Antonio & Afonso Moucheira (Irmaos Moucheira) , L.da. Pero Pinheiro. MADE IN PORTUGAL. This kind of tables are offered once in a while at auction, the combination of cast brass and marble does not meet today´s taste, therefore auction results are not very high. A single table would sell in the price range listed.
