This is a reproduction Louis Vuitton Damier pattern bag. The metallic plate affixed to the exterior is what gives this away as a fake bag.
Yes, certain styles of authentic Louis Vuitton Damier purses have the gold plate. This, however, is a forgery. The plate is set off-center, the lettering is not right, the two T's are also not aligned and the bottom left screw overlaps on to the address. The purse is not a real Louis Vuitton, it is a copy.
Well the Ts do line up you can see my black sweater on part of the photo makes it look that ways but Im not the best photographer thanks for your input I think I hang on it and keep looking
I guarantee you 110% that this is not an authentic Damier bag by Louis Vuitton, nor is it pre-1980.
I see alot of them have the gold plate
