What does this mean?

Hello Camilla,

This object appears to be a bulbous vase or vessel. The limited design is difficult to attribute culture. However, my best estimation eastern Colombia, South America; possibly Huila or San Austin. The estimate is based on general Pre-Columbian bulbous vases that measure in similar height.
