The presented object appears to be a Pre-Columbian ceramic blackware vessel with a height of 5 inches. This piece is in technique and motif comparable to pieces from Peru 700-1350 AD
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
A fair market estimation would be between 80 to 180 USD.
