This piece appears to be a chair for a child, although I cannot find others like it. It is just the right height. The wood has a nice patina and the seat has a novel shape. It is sturdy. An adult with strong knees can sit on it. It is hand made. It measures 35.5 inches from the top of the back/handle to the floor. The drop from the seat to the floor is 9 inches. The seat is 14 inches wide and 11 inches deep.
