Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry. The subject of this appraisal is New Old Stock (NOS) refillable butane torch lighters manufactured by Greece-based corporate gift provider GlobalGifts presumably on behalf of Prince Cigarettes. Lighters are circa 2006 to present. There are 10 torch lighters, complete with box and papers. The Greek inscription of "TO Υπουργειο Υγειας προειδοποιει: ΤΟ ΚΑΠΝΙΣΜΑ ΒΛΑΠΤΕΙ ΣΟΒΑΡΑ ΤΗΝ ΥΓΕΙΑ" translates to "Ministry of Health warns: Smoking seriously damages health".
GlobalGifts began operating in 2006. Their portfolio includes corporate gift lighters for Lucky Strike cigarettes among other tobacco companies.
As far as collector value, these lighters are promotional items and, even though they bear the Prince name, are not particularly valuable on the collector market. For example many cigar brands offer promotional giveaways through online resellers where torch lighters are included for free. The lighters aren't vintage, which would add a premium to their value in their current condition.
The construction of the lighters appears of good consumer-grade quality from visual inspection, and Fair Market Value of each would be approximately 15 AUD to 22 AUD in new condition based on similar Prince-branded items sold on online auction sites individually and retail prices of similar lighters. Fair Market Value of the set would be approximately 150 AUD to 220 AUD.
