Princess Wencheng (623-680 AD) was the daughter of Emperor Taizong. She was beautiful and clever. She married to Tibet and believed in Buddhism. 25” (h) x 40.5”(W) Painting Style: Chinese Gongbi painting (Claborate-style painting) – Gongbi means meticulous brush craftsmanship. The Gongbi technique uses a highly detailed brushstroke that delimits details very precisely and without independent or expressive variation. Painted on rice paper.
