In addition, the artist's name, without the close-up cannot be confirmed. There is a listed artist named Robert Albert Maguire, however he was a pulp magazine illustrator and this is still life floral is not the same style.The image and the framing from Mexico dates this to the 1970s. Without additional photos, the estimate is based on comparables.
