The presented object appears to be a Murano glass sculpture depicting an owl with the measurements of Height: 2.25 in (5.72 cm) Width: 7 in (17.78 cm) Depth: 7 in (17.78 cm). It was made probably from Alexandrite glass and the inlayed circles are typical for the glass artist Antonio DaRos who worked for Cenedese Murano. This piece is comparable in style and details of the workmanship with other works by DaRos, so it is possible to attribute this work to this glass artist.
Comparable objects were recently offered and sold on the international auction market.
This piece is in good condition and no severe damage is visible in the images provided.
A fair market estimation would be between 500 to 1.000 USD.

I am not aware of a signature. I did my research and it appears no signature was present on those that I looked over.
