The wooden parts are made in a bright wood, which could be a pinewood and painted golden in the second half of the 20th century. Also, the upholstery seems to be from the second half of the 20th century. The chair itself was probably made in the first half or mid of the 20th century. There are many little damages visible so this chair is in a medium condition.
An estimation would be between 70 to 150 USD.
This estimation is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.
