The presented object appears to be a print after Rembrandt van Rijn's etching, "Self-Portrait in a Heavy Fur Cap," which currently resides at the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam: https://www.rijksmuseum.nl/en/collection/RP-P-OB-30

The print is handsome, framed and in good condition. Based on recently achieved auction results for similar items, I would estimate the current fair market value at $50 to $100, though retail and asking prices may vary.
