From where I sit, this appears to be a reproduction of an early 20th century American billiard lamp but in case it isn't and I'm misinterpreting the images I'll give you an estimate for both. As a reproduction, if this were offered at auction you would expect to receive $50 - $150USD, if this is an Arts and Crafts model, closer to $400USD.
