Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a pair of french Vion & Baury or Dresden bisque porcelain figurines, made around 1880.
A number of manufacturers from Dresden, from Thuringia and from France produced these bisque figurines for home decor of the well-to-do bourgeois.
Prices vary considerably, "asking prices" in the trade will be higher.
