Dear Dave,
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
The presented object appears to be a porcelain bowl made by with the measurements of 10 inches diameter. The bowl is decorated with a flower decor that is not handpainted and applied with a transfer image like common for British transferware. It is hallmarked with the name of the series probably "Mignon" I.S. & Co and Bavaria. Sadly this hallmark is unidentified and this bowl was made at the beginning of the 20th century. Between Bavaria and Thuringia are numerous smaller porcelain manufacturers because of the forests which supplied the manufacturer with wood for the porcelain ovens and minerals for the porcelain mass.
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
A fair market estimation would be between 10 to 30 USD.
This estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparable items. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and may vary.
With kind regards,
George
