This appears to be a set of german transfer printed desert plates and serving untensil / cake lifter, decorated with rococo style scenes and 22 Gold gilding, marked at the base with a Shield mark surrounded by laurel wreath und der a Crown with the word "Royal" and the monogram L B or CB. Similar plates with an additional inscription "warranted 22 kt Gold" and "Bavaria" have been offered recently. Such plates were popular from the 1920s to the 1950s. The manufacturer can not be identified, but was possibly located in Marktredwitz. The estimate is based on similar decorative porcelain by lesser known manufacturers offered or sold at auction. "Asking Prices" in the trade can be higher and vary.
