The presented object appears to be a collectors plate made by the British porcelain producer Royal Doulton. This plate depicts the marriage of Queen Elisabeth II in 1947. This plate was made in 1997 and has the edition number 665.

This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
