A hand-knotted Persian rug from 1900-1940. The piece was characterized by the traditional motifs and layout of the Heriz Rugs. The piece is geometrically constructed by use of geometrical motifs. The piece is also centrally decorated, the central area was knotted on a red base while the borders were knotted on a light saffron toned and blue base.

Entirely hand knotted.
