The composition of each watercolour is professional, but the execution is on the level of a talented amateur artist of the early 20th century, possibly a family member of your family. The estimate is based on similar maritime watercolours by lesser known artists offered or sold at auction. There is non measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to it.
