Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be Portrait of Saint Bruno praying. The young saint and later founder of the Cartusian Order or Order of Saint Bruno is shown kneeling and praying, positioned in a painted oval, dark clouds in the distance. There is an old attribution to Eustache LE SUEUR (Attrib.) (1617-1655) who had specialized in the portait of kartusian monks. I would expect this to be after this artist and possibly much later. Religious paintings are not very much in demand right know. The estimate is based on similar offered or sold at auction.
