I helped a elderly lawyer I worked for gave it to me around the year 2000. He said he bought it in Japan on his honeymoon. Who or where he bought it from I dont know. The frame it came with says HOUSE OF FRAMES 'We specialize in handcrafted and custom made frames, ORIGINAL AND AUTHENTIC OIL PAINTINGS.

The presented object appears to be a print on rice paper with the measurements of 17 x 12.5 inches. The print depicts a standing warrior with typical armor and weapons of Mongol or Mandshu warriors. Characteristic is the lamellar armor and the horse bow. This print was made in the second half of the 20th century in Japan.
Works by this artist were recently not offered and sold on the international auction market.
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
