This is a Renaissance Revival carved walnut Savonarola chair, probably Continental, late 19th century. The condition appears to be good, commensurate with age and use, with expected wear to leather seat and back.
The market for this form of furniture is soft at the moment but the value I have given is conservative, to generate interest.
