The presented object appears to be a statue made out of clay or terracotta with the measurements of 14” high. The statue depicts a sitting person holding a spear or arrow with both hands. The decor and the manner of the surface treatment remind of the art of the Native Americans Puebloans tribes. The motif and the condition are a hint that this piece was made in the second half of the 20th century. We see a difficult readable signature. It could be interpreted as Felg... and the endig is not clear solvable. Felguez or Felgerz could be interpretations. Sadly no further information regarding the biography of this artist is mentioned in reference books or similar databases.
This piece is in good condition and there are no serious damages visible.
