K&a krautheim China Bridal pattern
storage unit
This is a vintage, 48-piece, German porcelain fine china for dining set by Franconia K&A Krautheim from Selb, Bavaria, Germany in their 'Bridal' pattern. The fine china for dining market is currently slumped. K&A is for Krautheim & Adelberg which was active from 1884 - 1977. Christoph Krautheim (1854-1933) founded the company and in 1889 partnered with his brother-in-law Richard Adelberg. Fine china for dining sets do not sell for what they used to sell for a few decades ago and the market was further impacted by the Recession. The estimate is for the set altogether and is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail 'asking prices' can be higher and vary.
Yes, the estimate is for 48 pieces. K&A Krautheim wares are also known as Franconia. Photos would need to be posted by uploading to this page; not through email. Is that the price for all 48 pieces ? There is no Franconia word on any of my pieces. Where can I e-mail pictures ??
