This appears to be a copy after Vincent Van Goghs Self-Portrait with Straw Hat from , August-September 1887, painted on duro industries inc. artist canvas board. Duro industries was founded in 1965. Vincent van Gogh (1853 - 1890) died 75 years earlier. The full "Vincent" signature and the invented Eugene Victor Thaw provenance including the "self fortrait" (sic!) inscripton clearly proofs that this painting lacks authenticity and was made with the intention to deceive the buyer. The painting has no value.
