Shamrock pattern, French, late 19th Century
The white covered vessel with shaped parcel gilt handle decorated allover with shamrocks, handles at both ends and lid with ladle notch, marked in underglaze green "1202/1386"
8 inches high by 12 inches long by 8 inches deep
CONDITION: not examined in person but appears to be in good condition

No, I couldn't, but the style of the lettering is quite typical of French makers. I also searched for Shamrock patterns in both England, France and other countries in Europe and didn't find anything.
Were you able to find any information regarding the markings/numbers on the bottom?
