This appears to be a late Meiji period early 20th century Nabeshima Arita area serving dish, decorated with orchids and chrystantemum on the outside and decorated with peonies and butterfly surrounded by dragons and Mount Fuji motifs in the clouds. Marked at the unterside with some kind of character faintly resembling the character for "Luck". There is one tiny chip to the rim. The estimate is based on similar sold at auction. Prices in the trade can be higher and can vary.
