My grandmother had this appraised an said it was worth 80,000 I'm not 100% sure it's a sessions clock that my grandmother's dad passed down to her

Based on the photographs you submitted, this is a:
Edwardian incised and ebonized cast iron mantel clock, the colonnettes with gilt metal capitals and bases, the columns probably painted metal, with faux marble detailing and a plain white enamel dial, made by the Sessions Clock Company, Forrestville, Connecticut, circa 1900.
These are not terribly rare but your clock has nice details that make it a bit nicer than most. $150-250 is the range in which most of these clocks bring at auction today.
