Set of 8 Hitchcock dining chairs. Two captain and six side chairs. All in excellent condition. They have been tightened and two rush seats have been replaced. Otherwise in clean vintage condition. Likely from the 1940s. Purchased from the estate of an original owner over 20 years ago in Washington DC. Dimensions 21.5x15.5x34h. Interior width, 17”. Arm height 24”. Seat depth 14”.

CONDITION: chairs appear to be in good condition with wear commensurate to age and use, with some losses to gilding and ebonizing. Client represents two rush seats have been replaced and chairs have been tightened
