I worked for the county of santa Clara for 17 years forced into retirement due to back injuries, staff gave the to me as a token of appreciation. , I have not worked on this item yet but have all parts was told will cost about $300.0 to get it to run.

Seth Thomas grandfather clocks are fairly common in the marketplace today and generally do not bring very much money. Your clock appears to be made primarily of oak and was made in the second half of the 20th Century. Unfortunately, getting is to run will be almost as expensive as the clock is worth, and having it running will not increase its value.
