Hi Cody,

Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.

Aldo Londi was a celebrated Italian ceramicist and art director of Bitossi Ceramiche, a renowned ceramics company based in Montelupo Fiorentino, Tuscany. He is best known for his iconic "Rimini Blu" series, which has become synonymous with mid-century Italian pottery and design. Bitossi pottery, especially pieces from the Rimini Blu collection, is highly collectible today. Pieces often have marks such as "Italy," "Bitossi," or a stamped or hand-painted signature.
