Aldo Londi was a celebrated Italian ceramicist and art director of Bitossi Ceramiche, a renowned ceramics company based in Montelupo Fiorentino, Tuscany. He is best known for his iconic "Rimini Blu" series, which has become synonymous with mid-century Italian pottery and design. Bitossi pottery, especially pieces from the Rimini Blu collection, is highly collectible today. Pieces often have marks such as "Italy," "Bitossi," or a stamped or hand-painted signature.

A group of five Aldo Londi earthenware pottery articles
Made in Italy, mid 20th Century
comprising: two square tiles (one in tones of orange and brown, the other with white and brown), a black and white pitcher, and two green-glazed circular vessels.
Orange tiles: approximately 2 inches square
Brown tiles: 2-1/4 inches square
Black/white pitcher 3 inches diameter
Black/white ashtray approximately 2 inches square
CONDITION: These pieces appear to be in generally good condition; value assumes no breaks, repairs or losses.
