This appears to be what you suggested, sheet music by Axel Waldemar Christensen (March 23, 1881 to August 17, 1955), "the cauldron rag", published in 1909. Christensen played quite an important role in the field of ragtime music and the design of the cover is quite eye-catching. The estimate is based on similar sheet music of this era sold at auction. No identical sheet music was sold at auction recently.
