The presented object appears to be a painting made in oil or acrylic paint on canvas with the measurements of 19” x 23”. The painting depicts a street scene in winter. It is signed, dated and located in Cyrillic letters. This street is located in Moskau, the painting was made in the year 1988 and the artist is not clearly identifiable. The signature could be solved with "Wolkow" or "Bokob". For both readings is no artist mentioned in reference books and auction result databases.
This piece is in good condition and there are no serious damages visible.
An estimation would be between 250 to 500 USD.
This estimation is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.

Thank your your assessment. Perhaps the image wasn’t sufficiently clear but the Artist is Sergei Volcov (Volcoff). I don’t if that variance would affect the estimate.

Thank you for this hint. There are two known artists listed with the name Sergei Volcov which are not comparable in style and the signature to this artwork. So sadly the estimate is not affected with the identification of the signature.
