Based on the photographs and information provided, this is an unauthenticated sketch on 8" x 11" white paper with black and red marker purported to be done by Stan Lee of Spider Gwen bearing Lee's signature. The signature appears to differ from known Lee signatures in key areas, and appears to have been written with a slow, methodical stroke as opposed to a smooth, natural stroke exhibited by Lee on his authenticated signatures throughout his life and career, and traced in both red and black marker. Lee sketches tend to command a high price when authenticated, but this item cannot be appraised as an authentic Lee sketch.
