What does this mean?

Hey Camilla,

I agree - this is not Pre-Columbian. However, the object is likely from a Peru. This sculpture is an example of a Chulucanas abundancia sculpture or a work depicting abundance. These sculpture are pretty modern. The item might be signed or hallmarked in some way to attribute an artist. If so please let me know and I can look up the artist's auction record. For now, the estimate is based on Chulucana pottery objects in similar size.
