The apprised object is a painting made in oil paint on board with the measurements of 18.5 x 13 inches. the painting depicts a still life with oranges. It is signed by George Henry HALL (1825-1913) who mainly depicted Italian motifs like this still life.
This piece is in medium condition and there are no serious damages visible.
An estimation would be between 1200 to 2400 USD.
